From Grief to Gratitude

A Healing the Heart Journey

You don't have to carry this alone anymore.

Grief doesn’t always arrive as death
Sometimes it arrives quietly… in the spaces life used to fill.

It looks like waking up one day and no longer recognising yourself.
It looks like the silence that echoes through the house after your children leave.
It looks like the end of a relationship, the loss of who you thought you would become, or
saying goodbye to a pet whose love felt like home.

Grief lives in endings, in change, in unmet hopes, in versions of ourselves we’ve had to leave
behind.

Whatever your grief looks like, whether loud and raw or quiet and hidden, it is real.
And you deserve a space where it can be gently seen, safely held, and honoured with
compassion.

This work is not about fixing you.

It’s about gently holding space for the parts of you that have been carrying too much for too
long.

Together, we create a safe space for you to feel, process, soften, release, and slowly reconnect
with yourself again.

I will sit with you in your pain until you find yourself again

One of the greatest gifts I bring to this work is the ability to sit with people in their pain.

Not to fix it.
Not to minimise it.
Not to push positivity.

But to gently hold space for what is true.

Through deep presence, compassionate support, emotional processing, guided reflection,
meditation, nervous system support, and healing practices, I help women feel safe enough to
breathe and soften into what they’ve been carrying.

Because healing begins the moment we no longer feel alone in our pain.

Sometimes the most powerful thing in the world is someone saying: I'm here. Take your time.
I'm not going anywhere.

This Space May Be For You If...

♥ You are grieving the loss of someone you deeply loved
♥ You are navigating the quiet grief of menopause and the changing relationship with
yourself
♥ Your children have left home and you feel lost in the emptiness that remains
♥ A relationship ended and left you feeling broken apart
♥You are mourning a beloved pet whose absence still aches
♥ You no longer recognise yourself and keep wondering, Who am I now?
♥ You are grieving a life transition, a relationship, a version of yourself, or the life you
thought you would have
♥ You feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or numb
♥ You hold everything in and find it hard to let others truly see how much you’re
carrying
♥ You feel alone in your pain, even when surrounded by people
♥ You are exhausted from pretending you’re okay
♥ You long to feel safe, supported, and emotionally held
♥ You want a gentle, non-judgemental space where you can finally exhale
♥ You are craving connection back to yourself

Grief does not only come from death.
Sometimes it comes from change.
From endings.

From becoming someone new while quietly mourning who you used to be.
You do not have to carry it all alone anymore.

All of it is grief. All of it is welcome here.

My Approach

You deserve a space where…

You don’t have to stay strong.

You don’t have to hide what’s breaking you.

You don’t have to rush what isn’t ready.

You don’t have to explain why it still hurts at 3am.

You don’t have to pretend the weight isn’t there.

Here, you get to exhale. For the first time in a long time, you get to exhale.

Every session is deeply personal and intuitively guided, because you are not a formula, and

your healing isn’t one either.

This is a space where you are invited to slow down. To feel heard. To reconnect with yourself

at whatever pace your heart needs.

Together we will go wherever you need to go. Some sessions will be tender and still. Others

will crack something open. All of them will be led by what you need in that moment,

whether that’s compassionate conversation, gentle reflection, or something deeper like energy

healing, sound, or meditation. Held always with compassion, gentleness, and complete

absence of judgment.

There is no agenda here. No pressure to have it all figured out. No performance of being

okay.

Simply come as you are.

That is enough. You are enough.

About Victoria

Hi, I'm Victoria.

I didn't find this work. It found me, through my own seasons of grief, through losing myself and slowly, quietly, finding my way back.

I know what it is to feel unseen. To be surrounded by people and still feel completely alone in your pain. To smile when someone asks how you are, because the truth feels too big, too raw, too much for the room.

That journey, through the loss, the confusion, the moments I didn't recognise myself anymore,  is what brought me here. To you.

Over the years, I've sat with women in those exact moments, in the grief, the confusion, the quiet falling apart. Through crisis support, through healing work, through the kind of conversations that crack something open and let the light back in.

As a Lifeline volunteer, I've held space for people in their darkest moments, when the weight of life felt unbearable and words were almost impossible to find. That work changed me. It deepened my understanding of what it truly means to be present for someone in pain.

I'm a certified grief coach, coaching diploma holder, and meditation facilitator  and I'm currently deepening my practice further through a diploma in counselling. But more than any qualification, what I bring to this work is lived experience, genuine compassion, and an unwavering belief in your capacity to heal.

And what I've witnessed, again and again, is this:

Something profound happens when a person finally feels truly seen. Truly heard. Truly safe enough to surrender and let go.

What I know to be true, in my bones, is this,  healing doesn't happen on a schedule. It doesn't follow a method. It happens when someone finally feels safe enough to exhale.

I create that safety. That stillness. That space. A place where healing can unfold gently, naturally, and without judgment.

I've walked this path myself. So when I sit with you, I'm not just holding space. I'm holding hope until you're ready to hold it yourself.

Welcome to a space where grief, healing, growth, and life's transitions are met with compassion and understanding.

These writings are for the moments when you feel lost, overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply in need of a reminder that you are not alone.

Here, you'll find reflections on grief, loss, identity, healing, self-compassion, resilience, and the many transitions that shape our lives. Some pieces may offer practical guidance, while others may simply provide words for feelings that can be difficult to express.

My hope is that as you read, you feel seen. That you find comfort in knowing that healing is not about "moving on" but about learning how to carry our experiences with greater gentleness and grace.

Whether you are grieving a loved one, a relationship, a version of yourself, or a life you thought you would have, this space is for you.

Take what resonates. Leave what doesn't.

And above all, be gentle and kind to yourself.

With love,

Victoria
