Using soothing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs and calming frequencies, these sessions support the nervous system to move out of stress, overwhelm, and constant mental noise, and into a deeper state of rest, calm, and balance.
 

As the sounds and vibrations move through the body, many people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, improved sleep, and a greater sense of inner calm and connection.

This is your space to pause, breathe, soften, and simply receive.

You’ll be guided into a place of deep rest, giving your mind and body space to soften, reset, and return to balance.
