Yoga & Sound by the Ocean

It may be cold outside but it’s warm and cosy at Ocean Serenity Wellness. I’m delighted to be co hosting this very special event with Lorraine from Raine & Shine yoga. Indulge in two and half hours of bliss. Starting with some gentle restorative yoga postures to ease and release tension in the physical body before drifting away with a guided meditation to the blissful sounds of Crystal singing bowls and Tibetan healing bowls whilst listening to the waves of the majestic Indian Ocean crashing in the background. To finish there will be some nourishing and nurturing snacks and herbal tea provided. Exchange - $60 per person. Spots are very limited so be sure to get in quick for this one.
