Join me for a deeply relaxing Saturday morning sound bath designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.
In this gentle 45-minute session, you’ll be immersed in calming sounds and soothing vibrations to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner calm — all while raising funds for a meaningful cause.
Tickets are $25, with $5 from every ticket donated to the Cancer Council.
After the session, stay awhile for the Biggest Morning tea and enjoy a cuppa, biscuits, and connection with others overlooking the ocean. A beautiful morning of community, calm, and giving back. 🌿
